Wellness Circle

WHAT TOPICS WILL BE EXPLORED?
You will have the chance to explore different wellness topics each session. 
This week’s topic will be the Attitude of Gratitude. We will explore some of the benefits of gratitude and do some gratitude activities.

WHAT WILL EACH SESSION INVOLVE?
Each session usually includes a presentation, brief meditation, and personal reflection. There will also be a listening circle which a great way to build a sense of connection and community with others.

WHO IS THE WELLNESS CIRCLE FOR?
The Wellness Circle session is for you if you want to cultivate positivity and meaning in your life.
If you are experiencing acute trauma or mental illness it is advised that you seek advice from a mental health professional about whether or not this session is appropriate for you. This is an education offering, not a clinical or therapeutic offering.
