Counselling Services now available at CBC
Sebastian Kinne - a compassionate, trauma-informed psychotherapist and long-time Buddhist practitioner, with a background in person-centred and emotion-focused therapy. Sebastian brings a grounded, relational approach to healing that integrates modern, psychological insight with timeless, contemplative wisdom.
He offers individual counselling sessions in a supportive manner, drawing on mindfulness, interpersonal neurobiology and deep listening to help clients explore the patterns, challenges and questions that shape their lives.
Whether youβre navigating trauma, grief, relationship difficulties, addiction, anxiety, existential concerns or a spiritual crisis, Sebastian holds a steady, non-judgmental space for exploration and growth. His approach is gentle yet precise, allowing what lies beneath the surface to emerge at a pace that feels safe and meaningful.
Sessions are available in person at the Centre or online. Contributions are offered on a sliding scale to accommodate different financial circumstances.
In consideration of the privacy of those who regularly visit the centre, we respectfully suggest that sangha members access counselling services outside of this practice.
