I have been involved with the Triratna community for about thirty years. I time this by the age of my thirty two year old son who was about two when the heartbreak of my marriage motivated me to check out Buddhism.

To learn the Buddha's precious teachings and practices has been the very best thing to happen to me and now, I'm passionate about sharing them with whoever would like to check them out.
