Yoga nidra is a  beautiful, rejuvenating practice where you will have the opportunity to lay down for 30 minutes to release physical, emotional and mental tension. This powerful form of non-sleep, deep rest is ‘meditation made easy’.

The session is for you if you want to experience connection, inspiration and deep replenishment. 

This offering is run by Nickolas Yu, a highly experienced wellness and meditation facilitator.

Bring: Comfortable clothing and possibly a small pillow

Do I need to book?

No, just turn up!

What should I wear and do I need to bring anything?

There are no special requirements, just make sure you'll be comfortable to sit for the length of the session. You may want to bring a small pillow.

Do I need to be a Buddhist?

No - the class is suitable for everyone, including those who are completely new to meditation and Buddhism.

How much does the class cost?

We suggest a donation of $15 for those who are fully waged, and $5 as a concession. But everyone is equally welcome, even if you cannot afford to give this.
