Morning Meditation - Every day
A daily morning meditation. All are welcome. You can choose to do the full hour or select the half that suits you. We will alternate our two foundational practices - Mindfulness of Breath and The Metta Bhavana (Loving Kindness).
Note that the first half hour is unguided and the second guided.
If you are not familiar with these practices it will work best for you to attend the second half (7 - 7.30 am)

Do I need to book?
No, just turn up!
Do I need to be a Buddhist?
No - these sessions are open to anyone who wants to meditate with others.
What should I wear?
There are no special requirements, just make sure you'll be comfortable to sit for the length of the meditation.
How much does the class cost?
We don't charge a fixed price for our meditation practice sessions but instead invite you to make a donation to the centre to help us cover our running costs.
